Getting Started

Before you can begin using , you will need the following:

• For new users, you will receive a 'Getting Started' email that contains your activation code.
• For existing users, you can access by clicking the link in a notification email (such as in the 'Welcome' email, or any notifications of new encrypted messages), and the email address and password associated with your account.

Activating Your Account

Full User: Your Administrator will create your account and you will receive a notification email with instructions on how to activate account. Once you've activated your account, you can log in to access your account.

Limited User: The first time someone sends you an encrypted message, you will receive a notification email with instructions on how to activate account in order to view the message. Once you've activated your account, you can log in to view any new/existing encrypted messages you may receive.

To activate your account:

1. From your notification email, click Activate. The activation page appears in a new browser window.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address and activation code in the appropriate fields.
3. In the Create a Password section, enter a password and then re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field.
4. (Optional) If you are required to set up password recovery questions/answers section, create the appropriate recovery questions and answers.
5. Read the End User License Agreement (EULA) and then click I accept to indicate that you agree with the EULA.
6. Click Activate.
   Note: Activation may take several minutes. Once the activation is completed successfully, you will be automatically logged into .

Logging in to

To log in to :

1. From your notification email, click the link. The login page appears in a new browser window.
2. In the Password field, enter your password.
3. Click Login. Once you have logged in successfully, you will be automatically directed to your mailbox.

Recovering Your Password

Did you creat security questions when you set up your account? If so, follow these steps to recover your lost or forgotten password (If not, see the steps at the bottom of this page):

1. From the login page, click Forgot your password?. The Password Recovery page appears.
2. In the Email Address field, enter your email address.
3. Click Next.
4. Enter the answers to the security question you created when you set up your account.
5. Click Next.
6. In the Password field, enter a new password.
7. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the new password.
8. Click Save. Your password is changed.

Otherwise, follow these steps to recover your lost or forgotten password:

1. From the login page, click Forgot your password?. The Password Recovery page appears.
2. In the Email Address field, enter your email address.
3. Click Next. A new Activation message is sent to the email address associated to your account. Follow the instructions in the email to reauthorize your account.
